PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are agreed between:
On the one hand, TECPLAST, a company with capital of €219,048, registered with the RCS of Chambéry under number B448 649 046,
? Business Corner - 37 F Avenue des Massettes - 73190 CHALLES-LES-EAUX, France (hereinafter referred to as "TECPLAST"),
And on the other hand, the individual or individuals, whether private individuals or not, wishing to make a purchase on the Website (hereinafter referred to individually as the "Customer" or collectively as the "Customers").
When TECPLAST and the Customer(s) are mentioned together, they shall be collectively referred to as the "Parties."
TECPLAST sells its products (hereinafter referred to as "Products") remotely via the Internet, email, telephone, fax, or postal mail.
Product delivery can be made to most European countries.
Parcels can be delivered within mainland France, Corsica.
All Products sold by TECPLAST are listed on the company's website. TECPLAST does not provide a physical product catalog.
The Customer acknowledges that TECPLAST cannot be held responsible for any failure to comply with the following contraindications.
These Terms define the conditions of sale between TECPLAST and its Customers, from order placement to payment and delivery, including the use of services provided by TECPLAST.
The present Terms govern all stages necessary for order placement and order tracking by the Parties.
If specific differences apply depending on whether the Customer is a private individual or not, such differences will be explicitly stated.
The Terms apply to the sale of Products available on the Website at the time of order placement.
They apply to all order methods offered by TECPLAST, whether placed online, by email, phone, fax, or postal mail.
Should any differences exist depending on the method of order placement, they will be clearly mentioned.
CAPACITY TO CONTRACT
Purchasing a Product on the TECPLAST website is not considered a routine act of daily life.
Under Article 1124 of the French Civil Code, any Customer of TECPLAST declares that they have the legal capacity to contract under the following conditions:
✔ Be an emancipated minor or have legal majority.
✔ Not be under legal protection as defined by Article 488 of the French Civil Code.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS BY THE CUSTOMER
The Terms can be read directly on the Website.
Upon request, they can also be sent by email, fax, or postal mail.
✔ By checking the box "I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale" before confirming their order, the Customer expressly and unreservedly accepts these Terms.
✔ The Customer acknowledges having read and understood the Terms and accepts them in full.
✔ Purchases made by email, phone, fax, or postal mail also imply the acceptance of these Terms, provided they have been previously sent to and received by the Customer.
✔ Confirmation of the order implies that the Customer has read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
In accordance with Article L 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, TECPLAST strives to present the essential characteristics of its Products on their technical sheets, which the Customer should review.
✔ These details and specifications are provided by TECPLAST’s suppliers.
✔ TECPLAST cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information provided by suppliers.
✔ TECPLAST reserves the right to modify its Product assortment depending on supplier constraints.
ORDER DATE
The order date is considered the validation date of the order by the Customer, which constitutes the date of the contract conclusion.
TECPLAST clarifies that payments made do not constitute deposits.
PRICES
✔ Prices for each Product are displayed in euros (€) and exclude shipping fees.
✔ All prices are subject to obvious typographical errors.
✔ Placing an order implies full acceptance of the Product prices listed.
✔ The applicable price is that displayed on the Website at the time of order placement.
✔ Prices include VAT applicable on the order date.
If the VAT rate changes, it will automatically be reflected in the Product prices on the effective date of the new rate.
TECPLAST's supplier prices are subject to constant fluctuations, meaning:
✔ Prices may change at any time.
✔ Variations may occur due to launch promotions, special offers, or sales.
SHIPPING COSTS, CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND OTHER TAXES
✔ Shipping costs are charged to the Customer based on the delivery location and shipping method chosen.
✔ These costs are displayed to the Customer before finalizing the order.
✔ Shipping fees may be offered for free as part of TECPLAST's promotional campaigns.
✔ Shipping costs are available on the Website under the “Shipping” section.
For orders delivered outside the European Union:
✔ They may be subject to customs duties and/or other applicable taxes.
✔ The Customer is responsible for paying customs fees and other import taxes directly to the carrier or customs authorities.
✔ These duties are not included in the displayed shipping costs and remain at the Customer's expense.
DISCOUNTS AND GIFTS
✔ Gifts are offered based on the Product purchased.
✔ These gifts are explicitly listed on the Product pages or in personalized offers sent to the Customer.
✔ Discounts, promotional codes, or free gifts are only valid:
- Until the expiration date mentioned on the Website, email, or promotional offer.
- While stocks last.
If the Customer is eligible for a gift, they must verify that it is included in their order summary.
If the Customer refuses the offered gift, no discounts or compensation can be requested.
If a technical issue causes a duplicate discount or extra gift, the order will be held until the issue is resolved or the order is canceled.
❌ Gifts are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not covered under warranty.
ORDER PLACEMENT
Customers may place their orders:
✔ Online through the TECPLAST Website.
✔ By email.
✔ By phone.
✔ By fax.
✔ By postal mail.
To place an order, the Customer must provide:
✔ Their full personal or company details (name, address, phone number, etc.).
✔ A valid email address for order tracking.
✔ The precise reference numbers of the Products selected, including sizes, colors, weights, and any other relevant specifications.
✔ The desired quantity for each Product.
✔ The delivery address and any access restrictions.
✔ The preferred delivery method.
✔ The chosen payment method.
? Customers can modify or cancel their order at any time before completing the payment.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
TECPLAST operates on a just-in-time inventory system and also relies on supplier stock levels.
✔ Products are available while stock lasts, either at TECPLAST’s warehouse or its supplier’s facilities.
✔ A Product may become unavailable between selection and order confirmation.
✔ The availability status is updated regularly on the Website.
✔ In the event of a stock shortage, TECPLAST will notify the Customer via email.
In such cases, the Customer can:
✅ Maintain the order and wait for restocking.
✅ Cancel the order without penalties and receive a full refund.
TECPLAST commits to fulfilling all orders within stock availability limits.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
? An automatic email confirmation is sent upon order completion.
TECPLAST does not send confirmations by postal mail or fax and does not provide order confirmations over the phone unless explicitly requested by the Customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION - STANDARD PRODUCTS
Customers may cancel their orders at any time before shipment.
✔ If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellation is immediate and the refund is processed.
✔ If the order has already been shipped, the Customer can refuse delivery and return the package.
? Contact the TECPLAST customer service team to ensure a smooth cancellation process.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have 30 days to return a Product after delivery.
To exercise this right, the Customer must:
✔ Return all received Products at their own expense.
✔ Inform TECPLAST’s customer service team about the return request.
✔ Ensure that returned Products are unused and in their original packaging.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
✔ Exchanges or refunds must be requested via TECPLAST customer service.
✔ Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense, unless otherwise specified.
✔ Refunds are processed only after returned Products are received and inspected.
⚠️ TECPLAST reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned Product is damaged or incomplete.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Customers must inspect their parcels upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier.
✔ Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
✔ If no claim is made within this period, delivery is considered accepted and TECPLAST cannot be held responsible.
INVOICE
✔ The order confirmation email or the online order summary does not serve as an invoice.
✔ The official invoice is available in the Customer's online account.
PAYMENT TERMS
✔ Payment must be made in Euros (€).
✔ Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/Debit Card
- Other methods as specified on the Website
TECPLAST does not accept cash payments.
? All card payments must include 3-D Secure authentication for fraud prevention.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
✔ Orders are processed every weekday (Monday to Friday).
✔ Orders placed before noon are typically shipped the same day.
✔ Processing may take up to 2 business days, depending on stock availability.
Shipping Times
✔ Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
✔ Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
? For urgent deliveries, express shipping options are available.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
✔ All content on the Website, including images, text, and technology, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
✔ Any use of TECPLAST’s content without permission is strictly prohibited.
